They have pretty good collection of all the event certifications. Let’s talk about ACFRE Program today. It stands for ‘advanced certified fundraising executive program’. It is administered by the ACFRE board. This board is made up of five members (four members from AFP and one from public). AFP is association of fundraising professionals. In order to get this certificate, you need to clear four stages. The first stage is to send an application for appearing in an exam. In this application you need to write about your education and employment to the non-profit organizations. The second phase is to successfully clear the written examination which tests your skills and knowledge in fundraising, leadership, management and general development.
In the third stage, you have to send your portfolio for review. Your portfolio must consist of a planning document, fundraising materials and a case statement. It must demonstrate your competence in training, teaching, management, writing and creativity. The fourth and final stage is ‘oral peer review’. These reviews are conducted by ACFRE certification board to test the knowledge level of fundraising ethics.

A Sheep in Wolf's Clothing
Thats me. I know u guys must be thinking that i cry and complain all the time. I know that. But u can take this msg as my last message of grievance. As this is going to be my last misery. After this i won't complain to any one. I need to take this negative energy out of my body, so i used this blog.
I failed miserably in getting a girl of my liking. Either i didnt get a girl or whenever i got, i got the weird one. My friends told me not to find a girl, i will get one, when the right time will come. I dont know when that right time will come. 27 years have passed away since my birth. I ve lost the hope now.
I begged my girl for a date for the 5th time and she gave me just another excuse. I said 2 her (out of frustration) "u r weird" and she replied "in a +ve way or -ve way". And i said to myself "humm she is a moron 2 and i ve been begging to hang out with her. What has happened to my choice.phbbt"
Its better to be alone then to feel alone in a relationship .
One things is for sure, i will refrain from any one who is less than normal. I have also noticed that girls dont like 'what u see is what u get" types. They might long for such type of guys. But the reality is that they cant bear such type of guys. Everbody's love plastic guys because they look so perfect.
Being pure at heart, i ve suffered a lot in life. I lost many friends because of this. Had i been even a bit plastic, things would have been different 2day. What i realized finally. A Boring Girl 4 me.
Although i look quite witty and interesting at the workplace. But i guess i am quite boring. Live with me 4 a week and u will find out .
So i thought my girl should be equally boring otherwise i wont be able to do justice with her lol. It sounds quite strange but it is true.
I am a chatter box and can chat for hours and hours. I can hangout with u 4 the whole day. Can attend parties after parties. But, there is always a but. Only when i have nothing else 2 do. And usually i am bussy 24/7 :(.
My sister is as boring as me. And guess wat, we both r capricorns. So when we r together on a holiday, we r usually at home. She is busy with her work (which is usally sleeping) and i am with my work.
I find going out for a shopping a totally waste of time and infact go 4 shopping only when it is absolutely necessary. Same is the case with parties and movies. Totally waste of time 4 me. I want 2 have girl friend but wont like to hang out with her everyday. Once in a week is acceptable. But in that case also not 4 the whole day.
I guess a very social and demanding girl wont like all this. They need much more attention than i can afford 2 give. So i guess a boring girl will be the best 4 me. Or I can say, a girl who is happy in her own world most of the time.

Bravenet Sucks
Today also, bravenet.com didnt work and with this my hope to become SEO is going to get over. I worked day and night so hard to develop my website eventmanagement.bravehost.com and worked even harder to optimize it 4 various search engines and submiting it to various internet directories.....but all in vain.......all my months of hard work is going to draine.
I cant access the bravenet server and therefore cant work on my
website. I created this website to show it as a proof of my work to my prospective employers.And hope to get a SEO job on its basis. But now since i cant make it better, i feel devastated. Once againg all my hardwork brings me nothing but pain and misfortune.
Everytime i try to rise above, i am swift away by misfortune or something else. y i need to work hard all the time and then also doomed to get poor results.....people who dont work hard, get average results.And they r satisfied with that. They ve this thing in their mind, that yeah we didnt work hard othewise we would ve got better results. More valuable than the word valuable itself.

Want to become a werewolf
Hummm lets see how u can become a werewolf.
I method
Find a werewolf and get bitten or scratched by it. Now the problem here is that, first finding a werewolf is like finding a needle in a haystack. These days every wolf claims that it is a
werewolf............Also the goverment is not doing much to protect the almost extinct species of real werewolves.
Even if somehow u r able to find a werewolf, the chances that it will only slightly injure u instead of tearing u into countless pieces is one in a million...........so be wise and drop this idea.
II Method
Born into a family that has the werewolf curse upon them. Many of these hereditary curses are alleged to go back thousands of years and usually stem from something horrible that occurred in the family bloodline causing that family to be cursed. A powerful sorcerer could have applied the curse to the family or a God or demon could have applied the curse. Now birth and death r not in ur hand. So drop this idea also.
III Method
Use black magic or enter into a pact with the devil. Throughout the medieval ages it was believed that werewolves were people who used black magic or make a blood pact with Satan. Then i worked very hard and regain my first position in the final

Capricorn girls ve generally been rude to me in my life.I dont know y. May be thats their behaviour. MY sister never talk politely to me although she is not rude to me either. Capricorns create a sort of shield around them which only people close to them can break in order to interact with them openly and
freely.Thats y they look arrogant and sometimes snob to others. And this shield was around her also. Not only she was damn gorgeous and sexy but very rich also. One should ve seen her flashy car.
Nobody in my class was able to interact with her except me and her best friend who was infact the richest girl in the whole institute.Unfortunately capricorns r class concious people and they dont befriend just anybody. U must ve something, either money,talent, intelligence or some special skills to be in their friend circle.
Even Being a capricorn i try hard to befriend her but failed :((
I always broke the ice. I talked to her about something, she replied back and thats it. She never started the communication and u know that u cant befriend any person without first getting involved in a two way communication. With capricorn if it is not a business meeting or official debate then it is generally a one way communication :( ........They dont like talking much. But i love chatting cos my moon sign is gemini :)
Capricorns r serious and unsocial people and so was she.I remember in one party she came only 4 few minutes and then she ran away giving some stupid excuse 'i ve to go some where'. A capricorn girl will try her best to avoid party and even if u some how pull her to the party, she wont go to the dance floor.Sigh... She will simply stand in that corner where it is hard to notice her....Even if u push her to the dance floor she will not feel comfortable....no doubt she is not meant 4 parties.:(
Sometimes she talked to me rudely without any reason. Everybody in the class knew that i love her. Except her.She never told me either verbally or through her body language that she likes me or not. Then one day in a party (which was the last party of our academic session) she gave me that rare beautiful smile. But by that time i gave up on her, so wasnt able to understand instantly her body language. Infact i was surprised.Consequently I didnt smile back, so she stopped smiling. Hahaha
Then i came to know that she liked me too.But by that time it was too late.Our academic session was almost over.Had she expressed her feelings earlier to me,had she been more opened and approchable, things would ve been different today. I lost her and she lost me :((.....By the way she was intelligent also. Earlier i thought she is beauty with no brain.But to my surprise she topped in the first semester and pushed me to the second rank. I lost first position by one marks.Hahaha
Then i worked very hard and regain my first position in the final
semester and emerged victorious:). No doubt capricorn girls r very hard working but when it comes to capricorn boys they r always at the second place B-)
Capricorn girls ve generally been rude to me in my life.I dont know y. May be thats their behaviour. MY sister never talk politely to me although she is not rude to me either. But yeah she easily gets boiled just like me lol.Teasing a capricorn girl is the last thing u should do. They dont understand pranks and think u r making fun of her........Who are more insecure in this world than any other girl . They are insecure of everything from money to retirement.
While girls of her age will be busy in partying she will think of
investment in mutual funds, provident funds, how to make my sales presentation more effective next time etc. Capricorns r innately mature people. Thats y in their childhood they dont act like child, in their teenage they dont act like teenagers. They value all things practical and this is wat that makes them boring and dull.
With such type of behaviour and attitude, no doubt capricorn girls r generally lonely throughout their life even being in a relationship. They long to be with someone, they long to be outgoing, they long to be optimistic and social but their merciless ruling planet 'SATURN'stops them from being a normal person.
SATURN is the master and all capricorns r its slave.
Infact the effect of SATURN is so tremendous, that caprciorns cant just stop working relentlessly to pursue their goals.They ve to follow their own self imposed rules and restrictions at all cost......If u r not a capricorn u cant understand these self imposed rules and restrictions.
Now imagine me marrying a capricorn girl. When i will be down. Will she raise my spirit......No....cos she is a pessimist.Now caprcorn girls r affectionate but they r not able to express their feeling. And i want a girl who can exprees her feelings to me.When i will work horribly hard will she stops me. Will she say that "himanshu its enough. Give urself a break"....No she wont as she herself is very hard working and believes that life is work and work is life. Capricorns r not demanding in relationships. Even if i dont talk to my sister (who lives in a different city now) for ages she never complain and neither i do.
And i want a girl who is atleast somewhat demanding. So that i feel worthy and important.Marrying a caprciorn girl is marrying myself. Same +ve and -ve qualities. How we will complement each other i wonder.
But Linda say capricorn-capricorn is a good match. May be.
Anyways no matter what a caprciorn girl is, i still have soft corner 4 her. After all she is of my species :)
